Pilot the past. Engineer the future.

Zukunftsmacher - Future Makers

How It Works: Choose Your Path

All our programs are designed for depth. Your choice is how you want to customize your journey.

Path 1: The Core Mission (Flexibility & Depth)

Our 4-week programs offer a deep dive into a specific theme, like Earth Science or Space Exploration. You can choose one of our curated pathways or gain ultimate **FLEXIBILITY** by building your own custom mission from our library of in-depth weekly modules.

  • Provides a complete, themed learning arc.
  • Mix & Match any four modules to personalize.
  • Ideal for a comprehensive and structured experience.

Path 2: Launchpad Plus (Advanced Depth)

This is the path for our most ambitious innovators. It includes a full 4-week Core Mission, and then adds **ADVANCED, SELF-DIRECTED DEPTH** through one-on-one mentorship. You'll design and execute a unique dream project of your own creation, going beyond our curriculum to engineer something new.

  • Includes a full 4-week course plus dedicated mentorship.
  • Develop and build your own unique idea.
  • The ultimate challenge for aspiring engineers.

The Module Library

Select any four of our hands-on weekly modules to design your custom 4-week program. All modules are available online.
Each module can be modified further into finer details to suit student interests.

Lift & Atmosphere

Design and test custom gliders and balloon rockets to master the four forces of flight and Newton's Third Law.

Energy & Earth Forces

Engineer and test earthquake-resistant towers on a shake table to learn structural integrity and seismic energy transfer.

Hydrology & Water Systems

Build and test water filtration systems and model watershed dynamics to understand the science of our planet's most vital resource.

Paleontology & Fossils

Become a paleontologist. Create your own fossil casts and explore the incredible biodiversity of the Cambrian Explosion.

A Journey Through Geologic Time

Travel through Earth's eons. Create a timeline of major geological and evolutionary events, from the Hadean Eon to the rise of mammals.

Extremophiles (Online Module)

Study the ultimate survivors. Using online digital archives, analyze microscope and SEM images of tardigrades (water bears) and design a habitat for life in extreme environments.

Starbirth & Stellar Fusion

Simulate stellar nurseries and build models of nuclear fusion to understand the life cycle of stars.

Planetary Mission Design

Become a mission director. Choose any planet, moon, or asteroid in our solar system and design a robotic mission to explore it, from scientific objectives to spacecraft engineering.

Space Geology: Exploring Other Worlds

Analyze the incredible geology of other worlds. Study the volcanoes of Mars, the icy crust of Europa, and the methane rivers of Titan using real data and images from NASA missions.

Asteroid Miners: The Bennu Challenge

Inspired by NASA's OSIRIS-REx mission, engineer a robotic arm to collect a sample from a simulated asteroid surface.

Lunar Lander Design

Engineer and test a model lunar lander to protect a fragile payload (an egg!) from a high-altitude drop.
